Job summary

Prasad Gade is seeking an experienced Hospital Operations professional to coordinate patient admissions, transfers, procedures and discharges, while reducing complaints and improving satisfaction. The role emphasizes timely clinical coordination, documentation compliance and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in hospital clinical operations or administration, with ICU/ Emergency/OT/IPD exposure; knowledge of NABH standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hospital clinical operations, patient care coordination, nursing supervision, or hospital administration.
• Experience in ICU, Emergency, OT, IPD, or multispecialty/superspecialty hospital operations will be preferred.
• Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality systems will be an added advantage.
