Clinical Annotator (Experience in Labeling Lung CT Scan)
Responsibilities
Image Annotation: Accurately label lung CT scans by identifying lung anatomy (lobes, airways) and pathological features using specialized annotation tools.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high consistency and accuracy in all annotations by thoroughly reviewing labels and correcting errors.
Tool Usage: Use computer-based annotation and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, medical image labeling platforms) to record and manage annotation tasks.
Image Analysis: Employ analytical skills to review and interpret CT images during annotation, using cutting‑edge tools to analyze scans thoroughly.
Collaboration: Communicate progress, questions, and any ambiguities clearly with team leads, and team members to ensure annotations meet clinical standards.
Process Improvement: Independently manage your workflow and timelines with strong ownership. Grasp constructive feedback on annotation guidelines and tools to help improve the process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, B.Pharmacy, BSc Biotechnology, BSc Nursing or a related life‑science/engineering field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and precision in handling image data.
Proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self‑motivated and reliable work ethic; eager to learn and adapt to evolving annotation guidelines and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
