Job summary

SkinQure invites experienced candidates for cosmetic clinic management, sales and counselling of skin, hair and laser treatments. Minimum 6 years as a manager in the cosmetic industry preferred.

Clinic operates 7 days with one weekly off; shifts 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM on a rotational basis. The role requires handling sales and operations, guiding a team of 20 including therapists and front desk, counselling visitors on laser therapies, and developing business strategies such as

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a manager in cosmetic/skin clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete sales and operational aspects of the clinic, including therapies, lasers, stock, cash handling, and maintaining standards.
• Counsel visitors on therapies and laser treatments, with knowledge of skin and laser options (peels, facials, laser hair reduction, tattoo removal).
• Lead a team of about 20 staff, including therapists, nurses, front desk, and support staff.
• Motivate the team to educate visitors and drive service adoption.
• Ensure grooming standards per company policy.
• Drive business strategy with packages and offers; secure referrals and testimonials.
• Maintain a polite, friendly approach and team-driven clinic leadership.

Clinic is 7 days working, Once day Weekly off.Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

Job Description

• To take the responsibility of the complete sales andoperational part of the clinic such as clinic therapies, infrastructure machines specially lasers, stocks, cash and the operational standards.
• To be responsible for counselling the visitors about therapies, laser treatments or other treatments as per need or as suggested by doctors. She should have knowledge of skin and lasers, common therapies likes peels, facials, lasers ( Laser hair reduction, tattoo removal)
• She should have a good team leader to handle the team of 20 people including therapists, nursing staff, front staff and clinic boys.
• To motivate the team to help the visitors in the form of knowledge.
• To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
• To be responsible for making referrals and testimonials from Patients.
• To make strategy to business, like packages, offers, etc
• She should be polite and friendly in nature, and should have enough knowledge and skills to drive the clinic as a team.
