Job summary

JPMorganChase in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst within Client Onboarding and Services to coordinate end-to-end product implementation set-ups for clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation in a technical role.

• Perform file validation and support testing activities across implementations
• Apply creative problem solving and sound judgment to resolve implementation challenges
• Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner, including documenting observations and raising risks as needed
• Identify gaps and exceptions, and recommend practical solutions to close them
• Manage multiple concurrent requests while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
• Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver agreed outcomes
