Job summary

Black Hat Talent Solutions is hiring interns and executives for Client Servicing and Backend Operations in Mumbai to support talent research, data consolidation, and communications with artists and managers.

Stipend INR 10,000–15,000 per month; duration 2 months; full-time in-office; start between 6 Oct 2026 and 10 Nov 2026. Women restarting careers are welcome.

Responsibilities

Black Hat Talent Solutions is a talent engagement company that works with corporates, brands and event agencies to curate and engage celebrities, artists, influencers, speakers and entertainers for events, brand endorsements and digital campaigns. We execute 750+ talent engagements annually across 20+ talent categories.

We are currently looking for Interns and Full-Time Executives to support our Client Servicing and Backend Operations teams. The roles involve talent research, data consolidation, communication with artists/managers and supporting client requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing back-end support to consolidate data on artists/talent for the purpose of automation
2. Enquiring with talent/artists or their managers to obtain information on commercials and other relevant aspects
3. Supporting research to identify new talent/artists based on briefs shared by the Client Servicing team and enquiring with the talent/managers
4. Supporting the Client Servicing team with day-to-day coordination and backend requirements
