• Retention & Renewals: Drive timely contract renewals and ensure minimal client churn; track client usage, engagement levels, and overall satisfaction to ensure high retention.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through relevant upsell and cross-sell solutions; coordinate with support, operations and product teams to resolve client queries quickly.
