Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a Client Services Manager to engage closely with Wholesale Banking clients. This role requires leading client service delivery and managing relationships across internal business and support functions.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in the BFSI industry and a postgraduate degree in management. They will ensure client needs are met effectively while supporting the rollout of new products and services.

"Client Services is a client facing function that involves close engagement with Wholesale Banking clients and the entire spectrum of internal Business & Support functions covering Technology & Operations. Client centric approach to ensure that the Products & solutions implemented are functioning effectively and BAU operations of clients function smoothly. The team provides Post Transaction & Advisory services in the Cash Management, Trade & Exchange House & Remittance Services domain. The incumbent functions as a conduit between the Banks and the clients to ensure fulfillment of the client's needs across Transaction Banking(Cash, Trade), Exchnage House and General Banking needs."
