Responsibilities

• Onboard clients by verifying KYC, FATCA, and other regulatory docs and maintain accurate records.
• Create action plans based on internal recommendations.
• Execute client transactions (purchase, redemption, switch) across mutual funds and coordinate with AMCs, RTA teams, and platforms.
• Monitor portfolios, generate MIS, and ensure SEBI/AMFI compliance.
• Analyze performance against benchmarks using internal tools.
• Facilitate onboarding of clients and empanelment of service providers.
• Reconcile and maintain client reporting systems and keep records current.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
