Job summary

Family Health Plan (FHPL) seeks a motivated associate support role to assist on policy terms, hospitalization procedures, and enrollment queries for scope of parents and newborns. The candidate will facilitate claim submissions, reimbursements, E-cards, and document handling while maintaining strong HR liaison across pan-India admissions and claims.

Responsibilities

• Assisting associate on policy terms and conditions, including sum insured and eligibility and also, claim submission time-lines.
• Assisting associate Hospitalization procedures and network hospital confirmation is also provided.
• Enrollment queries, specially for coverage of parents and new born baby; along with the premium impact.
• Comfort being provided to employees in time of emergencies through phone & physical presence.
• Assisting Associate for reimbursement claims & cashless queries.
• Associates require support in understanding and filling the claim form and documents submission.
• Assisting associate for Ecard & necessary addition of members.
• Should have good communication skills , knowledge about policy coverage benefits.
• HR dependency on helpdesk person for necessary co ordination pan India admissions & claims.
• Discussing problematic claims with HR for necessary support
• Most important, Human Touch and Building relationship with HR team & associates and Polite behaviour

Preferred candidate profile

Graduated professional with relevant experience of 1+ years into Insurance TPA is preferred.
