Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Week off Wednesday or Thursday)

Job Description:

South India Properties is seeking energetic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, sharing property-related information, and generating leads through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 160 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.

Explain real estate project details and address client inquiries.

Generate and follow up on leads to convert into site visits.

Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments.

Meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
