Job summary

Dreamland Builders is seeking a dynamic sales professional in a jewelry-focused outbound role. You will generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and telesales, while presenting jewelry, watches, and luxury items to potential customers.

You will also nurture existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals, and consistently hit daily and weekly targets for lead generation and conversions. Proficiency with CRM systems is required for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Strong convincing power to close deals over phone calls.
