Job summary

Unisys in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Manager who can independently manage complex programs across functions and client engagements.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders to shape business process redesign and adoption of Unisys technologies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

This role emphasizes governance, standard setting, and the ability to allocate leveraged resources across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Manages projects across all types of client engagements.
• Engages with key client stakeholders to influence decisions about business process re-design, encouraging initial and/or further adoption of Unisys technologies, products and services.
• Works with client stakeholders and Unisys functional representatives to define / sell solutions based on client requirements.
• Manages cross‑functional project teams comprised of business and technical team members.
• Plays a consultative role to help put in place the right people, processes and tools to enable effective project management and success.
• Manages projects with complex business and technical challenges.
• Determines and coordinates sharing of leveraged resources among projects.
• Defines, implements and consults on project management standards and processes for relevant teams or projects.
