Job summary

Acuity Analytics, based in Gurugram, seeks an Associate/Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager for its Investment Banking team. The role focuses on client onboarding coordination and project management, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee onboarding requests from the Front Office, drive KYC milestones, manage case creation and tracking, and develop MIS dashboards and KPI reports while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• 4-14 years of experience in Investment Banking or KYC operations.
• Strong leadership and team handling required.
• Experience in onboarding coordination and project management.
• Proficient with KYC/AML checks and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and governance skills.
• Knowledge of IB product classification (M&A, ECM/DCM, etc.).

Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate/ Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager

• Location : Gurugram (work from office)
• Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM IST
• Department : Investment Banking
• Experience Level: 4-14 yrs

Job Purpose

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team taking care of client onboarding coordination and project management activities, based in Gurgaon.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

• Receive and promptly acknowledge onboarding requests from the Front Office (FO)
• Review deal background, transaction details and associated timelines
• Lead end-to-end coordination to facilitate KYC and refresh activities
• Perform accurate and timely case creation, updates, and tracking on client platforms
• Manage product fulfilment tasks including gathering documents, query resolution, chasing internal teams and supporting issue resolution
• Ensure client responses are received in the correct format
• Proactive follow-up with the FO team for outstanding documents and provide regular updates to the KYC operations team
• Drive timely completion of requests by effective prioritizing and coordination with the FO and onshore CDS team
• Completion of trigger refresh by coordinating with KYC Refresh team
• Ensure adherence to client procedures, internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage case aging, identify bottlenecks, and proactively manage FO escalations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FO stakeholders, providing transparent and timely case updates
• Develop and present MIS reports, KYC trackers, operational dashboards and KPI reports
• Conduct regular governance meetings and service review sessions with key stakeholders
• Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, and knowledge repositories to support operational excellence

Key Competencies

• 6-8 years of experience; excellent written and spoken communication skills; team handling experience
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML checks
• Knowledge of IB product classification, such as M&A Advisory, ECM/DCM, underwriting, Syndicated Loan, Lev Fin, etc.
• Understanding of the deal lifecycle
• Strong project management (tracking and governance) and inter-team coordination skills (with FO and Ops teams) to manage urgency triggers from IB deal team’s lens
• Expertise in information research and data gathering from public / internal sources / market databases
• Proficiency in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology platforms
• Expertise in using market databases such as Company House Factiva, Refinitiv World-Check, Lexis Nexis, Orbis, LEI Worldwide
• Bespoke qualitative research skills
• Experience of CRM platforms
• UK and US regulatory certifications
• Subject Matter Expert for complex cases involving sanctions exposure, PEP relationships, adverse media and high-risk jurisdictions
