Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a KYC Operations professional to manage onboarding for Private Equity and Hedge Funds. The role requires strong KYC experience, coordinating with funds and internal teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering clear MIS reports.

The position follows a UK shift with hybrid work arrangements. 4–12 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4-12 years’ experience with Private Equity Funds / Hedge Funds.
• Mandatory exposure to Funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands
• Excellent understanding of different kinds of legal entities
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and judgement skills
• Proven record in client interactions
• Strong Reporting skills (MIS for operational statistics)

Responsibilities

• Deliver KYC operations for Private Equity and Hedge Funds.
• Coordinate with 3rd party funds and internal stakeholders to source and prepare necessary questionnaires and letters.
• Collate all KYC documents and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for delivery of KYC operations related to Private Equity / Hedge Funds.

The process will include:

• Inbound / Reverse KYC
• Assessing requests received from 3rd party funds / administrators and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to
• Collate all the KYC documents

The individual will work in close partnership with the operations teams to ensure accurate and complete data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

UK Shift

Key responsibilities:

• Very strong understanding of legal entity structures and applicable underlying KYC/AML documentation requirements
• Coordinate with multiple teams to i) source and ii) prepare necessary questionnaires and letters
• Prepare MIS reports and documentation related to the tasks.

Interact with the customer and discuss the outputs.

Mandatory requirements

• 4-12 years’ experience with Private Equity Funds / Hedge Funds, with strong hands-on experience in handling all operations)
• Mandatory exposure to Funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands
