• Demonstrate consistent accuracy and completeness through attention to detail and thorough understanding of the risk and impact attached to the process
• Complex processing requires discretion and use of judgment based on pertinent experience
• Collaboration with other members of the team to determine best solution when necessary, and ability to identify when an item needs higher level review
• Understand the workflow of the forms in order to better support the team and process efficiently; develop SME-level of knowledge
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate with leaders to implement
• Strong attention to detail to ensure what is being asked in the requests and how to complete them
• Process non-routine letters with a high degree of accuracy in the response
• Ability to learn and understand the trading and disbursement workflow and systems
