Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a seasoned Fund Integration Specialist to lead client onboarding and integrate various fund structures across multiple platforms in India. The role emphasizes techno-functional collaboration with clients, onboarding teams, and technology teams.

Deep experience in fund administration and data migration is essential. The successful candidate will drive automation and reporting enhancements, work across PE, RE, and Hedge Funds, and support documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in fund administration, integration, or financial systems.
• Strong techno-functional expertise across Geneva/Paxus/Efront/Yardi/AllVue/Investran.
• Proven experience in onboarding, data migration, and automation/reporting development.
• Solid understanding of closed-ended and open-ended fund structures and operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and scripting/reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Process Specialist to join our Fund Integration Team (FIT). This is a techno-functional role focused on onboarding and integrating both closed-ended and open-ended fund structures across multiple fund accounting platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in fund administration and technology, with strong hands‑on knowledge of systems such as Geneva/Paxus/Efront/Yardi/AllVue/Investran . The role involves managing client onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, streamlining integration workflows, and driving automation and reporting enhancements. The candidate should be comfortable working across fund types (PE, RE, Hedge Funds, etc.) and have a strong understanding of fund structures, data migration, and system configuration.
