Job summary

Dezerv is seeking a Client Growth Partner to manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with sizable AUM and to drive growth through SIPs and capital commitments. The role emphasizes client engagement, performance reviews, and informed recommendations aligned with the Dezerv philosophy.

You will engage clients through quarterly reviews, sustain seamless communication, and translate complex finance insights into clear guidance for investors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in portfolio advisory within financial services.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, PMS, AIF and asset allocation.
• MBA/CFA/CA credentials or equivalent.
• Strong sales and client relationship mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Title

Client Growth Partner - Dezerv

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with a current aggregate AUM of 100- 125 Cr, with the potential to scale up to 200 Cr
• Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client to discuss their Dezerv portfolio performance, benchmark comparisons and address any queries
• Maintain regular digital engagement to provide timely updates, resolve client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Drive portfolio growth by initiating SIPs and securing additional capital commitments to expand client wallet share
• Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies in line with Dezerv s investment philosophy

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant portfolio advisory experience in financial services like Banks, NBFC s & AMCs
• Strong understanding of: Mutual Funds, Fixed Income / Bonds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and asset allocation strategies
• Good academic credentials, such as an MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA
• Strong alignment toward sales and client relationship management
• Deep knowledge of financial markets,market trends, investment products, and portfolio strategies
• Ability to translate complex financial information into simple insights for clients
• High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
• Excellent communication skills
