Policybazaar is expanding its field sales team in Bengaluru, inviting energetic individuals who are willing to work in office plus field roles. Work involves managing leads, meeting clients, and closing insurance sales.

Offered salary ranges from 3 to 4.5 LPA with unlimited earning potential; average monthly incentive around 50,000+, plus opportunities for growth through performance.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Kannada language mandatory.
• Driving License & Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Good communication & customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on the interested leads provided by the company.
• Call prospective customers, understand requirements & schedule meetings.
• Visit clients to pitch insurance solutions and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service & build strong long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain visit logs, sales tracking & reporting.
• Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance.
