Technical Skills

• Oversee the daily operations of janitorial services across multiple locations, ensuring all standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met or exceeded.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of janitors and supervisors, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess the quality of work performed, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that teams have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Prepare and manage budgets for janitorial operations, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients or staff promptly and professionally.
• Implement and monitor sustainability practices in cleaning methods and products.
• Prepare reports and analyses on operational activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data for senior management.
