Role and Responsibilities

As a Finance Controller, your roles and responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and other tax regulations.
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Oversee the accounts receivable process.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, general ledger, taxation, and accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
