Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced claims professional in India to manage motor claims and workshop coordination. You will drive negotiations with dealers, improve settlement timelines, and monitor KPI targets for timely payouts.

The role involves segmentation of vehicle claims, training, and adherence to policy guidelines while aiming to reduce costs and optimize settlements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Motor Claims & Body paint Workshop.
• Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineer graduate acceptable.
• Experience in claims with knowledge of policy terms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with dealers to settle claims efficiently.
• Re-open and segment vehicle claims; keep cross reopens under 2%.
• Focus on faster settlements and minimizing cost wastage.
• Conduct team meetings with internal and external surveyors.
• Train team on claims policies and processes.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Experience

Education
