Job summary

Bptp in India seeks a Civil Engineer or Surveying Diploma holder to join our construction team and lead field surveying activities for new projects. You will conduct site surveys at project start, test soils and materials, and mark out levels and demarcations in line with design specs.

You will also lay out installations, establish reference points, compile field data, maintain accurate notes and sketches, and coordinate findings with architects and civil engineers while adhering to SOPs and SAP

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Surveying.
• 3-4 years relevant experience in the Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction/Related industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a survey of the site at the start of the project.
• Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations and quality of soil.
• Undertake levelling and create demarcations at the site in line with project design specifications.
• Direct surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
• Assemble field data, reduce field notes and makes survey calculations.
• Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
• Coordinate findings with architects and civil engineers concerned with project.
• Adhere to the Department SOPs Adhere to SAP reporting requirements.
