About the Role

We are urgently looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee active road construction projects in and around Nashik. You will be responsible for on-site execution, ensuring quality standards are met across all layers of road building, and managing day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site execution for both rigid (concrete/PQC) and flexible (asphalt/bitumen) pavement projects.
• Maintain strict quality control and proper level management for every stage of the road profile (Subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, etc.).
• Oversee daily labor deployment, material tracking, and equipment utilization to keep projects on schedule.
• Handle site measurements, routine surveying, and coordination with contractors and project heads.
• Travel conveniently to ongoing project sites located within a 25–30 km radius of Nashik city.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated, hands‑on site experience specifically in road or highway construction.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of road cross-sections, pavement layers, grading, and material testing procedures.
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
