The Senior professional will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housing construction projects within the real estate sector. This includes project management, design and planning, structural analysis, site management, quality control, cost estimation and budgeting, risk management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• 1. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage housing construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• 2. Design and Planning:
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to develop comprehensive plans and blueprints for residential buildings.
