Pari Infrastructure Limited in Delhi NCR is seeking a Civil Foreman – Shuttering Specialist with expertise in conventional plywood shuttering/formwork for residential and building projects. You will supervise shuttering activities on site, ensure drawings are followed, and maintain quality, safety, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in civil construction, strong knowledge of shuttering techniques, and proven ability to coordinate carpenters and site teams to meet project

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of civil construction experience with plywood shuttering.
• Strong knowledge of conventional plywood shuttering.
• Reading structural drawings and site measurements.
• Experience supervising shuttering carpenters and helpers.
• Willingness to work at construction sites in Delhi NCR.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage conventional plywood shuttering/formwork activities at site.
• Execute shuttering for columns, beams, slabs, staircases, walls, and foundations.
• Read and understand structural drawings and shuttering details.
• Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, and verticality of shuttering.
• Plan and control shuttering materials, manpower, and daily work activities.
• Check proper support, staging, props, bracing, and safety arrangements.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
• Ensure proper shuttering oil application and prevention of concrete leakage.
• Inspect shuttering before concrete pouring and rectify defects.
• Supervise de-shuttering/stripping activities safely and systematically.
• Maintain productivity and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman – Shuttering Specialist with strong expertise in conventional plywood shuttering/formwork for residential and building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shuttering activities at site and ensuring proper execution as per drawings, measurements, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage conventional plywood shuttering/formwork activities at site.
