Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Civil Execution – Sr Engineer / Construction Manager for multiple project sites in India. The role requires 5 to 15 years of civil engineering experience and full-time Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil.

Places include Paradeep (OD) and other sites like Burnpur, Bokaro, Debari. The candidate will manage execution of large industrial civil works, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and ensure safety and quality as priority.

Qualifications

• Execute large industrial civil works per contract conditions, specs, and drawings.
• Understand project scope and coordinate with concerns for strength of grade as per requirements.
• Prepare feasibility studies, draw out, plan and monitor progress of the project.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and evaluate as per planned schedule.
• Ensure safety and quality of the project with utmost priority.

• Coordinate with clients/sub-contracts and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure timelines as per schedule.

CIVIL EXECUTION – SR ENGINEER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS

( Qualification : Full TimeEngineering Diploma/ Graduate (Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil); Experience Range - 5 to 15 years)

Place Of Posting: Burnpur (WB), Paradeep (OD), Bokaro (JH), Debari (RJ) other Project Sites.

• You should have been responsible to execute large industrial projects civil works as per contract conditions, specifications, and drawings, adhering to cost and schedule.
• You should be able to understand Project Scope/Concept and be well versed with project documents such as drawings, plans, etc. and co-ordinating with the concerns for the strength of the grade as per requirements. Adept at preparing feasibility studies, you should be able to draw out, plan and monitor progress of the project.
• You should be able to prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports, evaluate them as per the planned schedule, ensuring Safety and Quality of the project with utmost priority.
• You should be good at dealing with clients/sub-contracts and other stake holders to ensure smooth execution of the project as per the schedule timelines.
