Job summary

Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd invites applicants for a Civil Execution Engineer in Pithampur. You will oversee civil and structural works on site, ensuring execution per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key duties include supervising daily site activities, coordinating with design teams and contractors, maintaining progress reports, checking QA/QC, and supporting tender evaluations while upholding strict EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of civil, structural, and related works at project site ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Review contractors' work progress, monitor resources deployment, and highlight deviations against approved schedule and budget.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control measures including inspections, testing, and approval of construction materials.
• Verify contractors' measurements, bills, and ensure reconciliation of quantities with drawings and site execution.
• Coordinate with design/engineering teams for resolving site-level technical queries, design changes, and drawing discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays, risks, or cost overruns with corrective action plans.
• Support Project controls/ PMO team in updating rolling plans, progress charts, and cash flows.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards at site.
• Coordinate with MEP and other discipline/ process engineers for smooth interface of civil works with services.
• Assist project manager in tender evaluations by providing execution insights and feedback from site.

Role Objective:

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring timely, safe, and quality execution of all civil and structural works at site as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule. Acts as a representative at site to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of industrial project works.
