Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru is seeking a site professional to manage residential construction tasks, including reading drawings, extracting BOQ, and preparing method statements. • Should have residential project experience (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to read drawings, extract BOQ, and prepare method statements.
• Aware of formwork systems used in construction.
• Experience in finishing works: brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, D&W, flooring, false flooring/ceiling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor productivity and progress, and handle subcontractor billing.
• Prepare joint protocols, obtain client inspection/certification, and ensure timely quantity certification for invoicing.
• Ensure safety procedures on site and execute works as per FQAP and method statements.
• Prepare 3-monthly, monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and track progress accordingly.
• Coordinate with all departments for seamless project execution.
