Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 612 years of experience in civil site execution with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
• Hands-on experience in execution of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing activities, structural drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Good understanding of project planning, quality control, and construction sequencing.
• Experience in contractor management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple execution activities simultaneously.
