Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day activities at the project site.
• Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify site measurements, contractor bills, and work progress.
• Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
• Support project completion, inspection, and handover activities.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and work quality.
• Inspect ongoing civil and structural works as per approved drawings.
• Identify execution issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Visit multiple project locations as required.
