Job summary

Holcim is seeking a design engineer/site supervision expert to create precise CAD drawings from on-site measurements and project requirements. You will develop designs meeting safety and environmental standards and collaborate with multiple departments to align with company objectives.

You will supervise construction activities, support Project Managers during design and on-site execution, and participate in end-to-end project delivery from concept to handover, ensuring quality and timely

Qualifications

• Proven CAD design experience using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Strong background in civil or structural engineering.
• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, timely completion and documentation of design deliverables.
• Provide monthly progress reports and status updates.
• Prepare accurate project budgets, schedules, and cost estimations.
• Promote and enforce safety on-site in line with company regulations.
