Job summary

JobItUs in Raipur, India, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to plan, supervise, and execute civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure works at our plant. You will ensure quality, safety, cost control and timely completion while coordinating with site teams and contractors.

The role requires a diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years in industrial projects; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering required.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in industrial plant, steel plant, DRI plant or manufacturing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise civil construction and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, drawings and material requirements.
• Monitor RCC, structural, foundation, flooring, drainage and road works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections of construction materials and workmanship.
• Monitor project progress, manpower and material utilization.
• Check measurements, contractor bills and work completion reports.
• Ensure safety procedures and construction standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and documentation.
• Monitor civil maintenance of plant buildings, roads, drains, foundations and other structures.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and production teams for civil requirements.
• Support project planning, execution and commissioning activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within approved budget.
