POST A RESUME HR Consultancy seeks a Civil Engineer with high-rise apartment project experience. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.

You will manage site operations under guidance, coordinate materials, and ensure safety standards on residential projects. Responsibilities include budgeting resources, supervising crews, coordinating with engineers and architects, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site under the supervision of Project Engineer.
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
• Prepare reports regarding job status.
• Resolve problems that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Evaluate risks.
• Train and mentor construction workers and laborers.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members.
• Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites.
• Plan construction operations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Hire contractors and staff including construction laborers.
• Delegate responsibilities and manage resources to keep them available.

• - High Rise Apartment Experience preferred as Civil Engineer in Residential Projects.
• -Auto CAD, MS Office MS Project, Primavera software experience isrequired.
