Qualifikationen

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in civil construction, projects, infrastructure, hospitality, amusement parks, or similar industries
• Good knowledge of civil construction practices, estimation, BOQ, quantity measurement, and site supervision
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and contractor-management skills

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and maintenance activities across the park.
• Supervise ongoing civil works including structural works, RCC, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, painting, drainage, roads, and other infrastructure works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents and ensure execution as per approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material usage, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
• Prepare and verify measurements, estimates, work orders, bills, and contractor submissions.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and control project costs.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, site records, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable construction, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Support civil maintenance and renovation activities as required.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth execution of projects.
