Qualifications

• Diploma (3-year) in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in commercial building/site supervision and branch/retail fit-outs.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and cost control.

Role Objective

To provide structured technical supervision at the regional level and ensure end-to-end monitoring of civil construction, renovation, relocation, and maintenance of branches, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, timelines, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise branch renovation, relocation, and maintenance works

Eligibility Criteria - Qualification

• Diploma (3-year) in Civil Engineering, or
