Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Agra. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, including roads, drainage systems, and site development works. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and calculations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and survey teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and preparing reports and documentation. The Civil Engineer will also assist in project planning, cost estimation, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to develop and review structural and architectural plans.
• Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of construction activities.
• Stormwater Management expertise, including drainage design, hydraulic calculations, and erosion control measures.
• Experience working as Civil Engineers on-site, managing field activities and supervising contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Agra and adapt to field conditions; prior experience in infrastructure or land development projects is an advantage.
