Job summary

Tractebel in Gurugram seeks a highly skilled 3D Rebar modeller with extensive experience in concrete structure modelling, reinforcement bars, and clash-free extraction of Bar Bending Schedules.

The ideal designer is proficient in AllPlan, Tekla or RC CAD (Revit) and can produce accurate 3D Rebar CDM models, implementing detailing per RC DBP briefs to maintain structural integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D modelling of concrete structures.
• Knowledge of reinforcement bars (Rebar modelling) and BBS extraction.
• Familiar with CDM modelling guidelines and RC detailing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D Rebar CDM models as per designer guidance.
• Implement reinforcement detailing from RC DBP and sketches.
• Ensure clash-free models and integration with design and construction teams.

Job description

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be well conversant with 3D Modelling of Concrete Structures including modelling of reinforcement bars (Rebar modelling) clearing all clashes and extraction of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Special preference will be given to designers with extensive experience in 3D Rebar modelling in softwares like AllPlan, Tekla or even in Revit (through RC CAD)
• Shall be able to produce accurate 3D Rebar (CDM) models as per guidelines provided by the Senior Designer.
• Implement reinforcement detailing as per reinforcement sketches prepared by the design team and methods requested by the constructor, which will be contained in a Reinforced Concrete Detailing Briefing Pack (RC DBP), including additional rebars as may be required to ensure structural integrity.
