Job summary

Lasak Techno Institute And Consultancy is seeking a CAD/BIM draftsman to produce detailed 2D and 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, and to develop BIM models for varied projects.

You will create architectural visualizations with 3ds Max and V-Ray, prepare schedules, coordinate with architects and MEP teams, and ensure drawings comply with codes. Strong communication and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 2D/3D civil drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with BIM modeling for diverse projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.


• Develop BIM models for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.


• Create realistic architectural visualizations and walkthroughs using 3ds Max and V-Ray.


• Produce high-quality exterior and interior renderings for client presentations.


• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking using Primavera P6.


• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs.


• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.


• Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.


• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and project specifications.


• Support quantity estimation and material planning where required.


• Maintain project documentation, design revisions, and drawing records.


• Participate in design review meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
