Role: City Lead

We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals
• Guide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the city, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement
• Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector
• Set revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines
• Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities
• Oversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met

Required Skills

• Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector
• 4+ years of relevant experience in B2C sales role
• Proven success in team management
• Ability to travel as needed for business engagements
• Good to have experience in the retail financial services space selling asset or liability products and managing a large field force
