Job summary

ImpactGuru, part of The CarePal Group, seeks a dynamic City Lead to drive healthcare alliances and patient referrals across India. Lead and grow the city sales team, establish major hospital partnerships, and identify new crowdfunding channels.

You will set regional revenue targets and manage pipelines while delivering market feedback to leadership for product and strategy improvements. Travel to engage partners and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in B2C sales role.
• Proven success in team management.
• Ability to travel as needed for business engagements.
• Good to have experience in the retail financial services space selling asset or liability products and managing a large field force.
