• Strategizing, negotiating, and executing commercial transactions.
• Evaluation of lease offers, negotiating terms & rentals, and deal closure.

Desired Profile

• 15 to 18 years of sales experience, with the last 3-5 years in office leasing / IT parks leasing / co-working space.
• Must have experience in commercial real estate.
• Prefer candidates currently drawing between 25L to 35L.
