Job summary

2070Health in Delhi NCR seeks a City Business Head to own the end-to-end Delhi operations and P&L for our stealth venture in preventive health. You will build and lead the local team, drive doctor and clinic empanelment, and partner with founders to shape how we deliver care at scale.

You will own the city’s growth, revenue, costs, and key accounts, ensuring reliable service delivery and a data-driven operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in healthcare operations or equivalent.
• Experience owning a city/regional P&L, business unit, or end-to-end mandate.
• Direct experience building or managing a provider network (doctors/clinics) at scale.
• Background in health-tech, clinic SaaS/EMR, diagnostics, or field-heavy operations.

• Build the acquisition playbook and pipeline; hit monthly empanelment targets.

W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include ElevateNow, Nivaan Care, BabyMD, Reveal Healthtech and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

About Stealth Company

It is an early-stage healthcare company building new ways for clinics to deliver and manage patient care beyond the consultation room. We work closely with leading doctors and clinics to make healthcare delivery more seamless and effective.

Delhi NCR is our largest market, and we are scaling our clinic and doctor network here first. We are looking for people who enjoy solving hard problems and building an operation from scratch.

Why this role

The City Business Head owns the Delhi NCR business end to end. Two things decide whether we win this market: how many strong doctors and clinics we bring onto the platform, and how happy they stay once they are on it. You own both - plus the city operation and P&L that make the partner experience reliable. You are the most senior person on the ground in NCR, you build and lead the local team (including City Operations Managers), and you work directly with the founders to set how the business runs as we grow.

What you will own

Growth & empanelment

• Own the doctor and clinic empanelment engine for Delhi NCR - identify, pitch, sign and activate leading doctors and clinics onto the platform.
• Build the acquisition playbook and pipeline; hit monthly empanelment and activation targets.
• Personally hold the senior relationships with marquee doctors and clinic owners.

Retention & partner success

• Own doctor and clinic satisfaction and retention - make sure partners see clear, ongoing value and stay on the platform.
• Be the senior escalation point for any doctor, clinic or patient issue that needs weight to resolve.
• Turn partner feedback into product and service improvements alongside the founders.

City operations & P&L

• Own the Delhi NCR P&L - growth, revenue, cost and unit economics.

• Oversee reliable service delivery across clinics (the City Operations Managers and field team report into you): nurse visits, sample collection, inventory, payments and reconciliations all happen on time.

• Set the operating cadence - metrics, weekly reviews, dashboards and playbooks - and build the systems that let the city scale.

• Hire, build and lead the NCR team; establish how operations run as a blueprint for future cities.

• 8-15 years of experience, including a track record of owning a city or regional P&L, a business unit, or an equivalent end-to-end mandate.

• Direct experience building or managing a provider / doctor / clinic network at scale - empanelment, key-account management, or field growth in a healthcare context.

• Background in health-tech, clinic SaaS / EMR, diagnostics, e-pharmacy, or field-heavy operations (logistics / quick-commerce operators who have owned a P&L are also a strong fit).

• Has built and led teams and is comfortable being the senior person in the room with doctors, clinic owners and partners.

• A strong operator who runs on systems, trackers and dashboards rather than memory, and follows things through to completion.

• Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and energised by building from scratch.
