Knotify Services in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Citrix ADC engineer to design, implement, and optimize NetScaler-based solutions. You will own design artifacts, lead migrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security and performance.

You will mentor L2/L3 engineers, engage in customer reviews, and help drive change management while leveraging automation to streamline operations.

Formación

• Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) required.
• Strong knowledge of GSLB, HA, SSL, AppExpert (Rewrite/Responder), Load Balancing, Content Switching, and Gateway.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, BGP, OSPF, and routing.
• Experience with cloud load balancing (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of F5, Palo Alto, or Check Point is a plus.
• Scripting/automation skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Load Balancing, Content Switching, SSL Offload, SSL Bridge, GSLB, and Citrix Gateway.
• Manage SSL certificates, mTLS, OCSP, TLS hardening, and security best practices.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot complex L3/P1 incidents and perform RCA.
• Work with DNS, firewalls, routing, and cloud networking teams.
• Automate operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
• Mentor L2/L3 engineers and provide architecture guidance.
• Participate in customer meetings, solution reviews, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
