Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Identity and Access Management professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory to design, implement and maintain IAM infrastructure. The role includes administration of user access, governance, and secure authentication technologies such as MFA, SSO, OAuth, ADFS and PKI.

The candidate should have experience in domain/controller upgrades, audits, and adherence to cyber security policies, along with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD services.
• Expertise in forest/domain trusts and upgrades/migrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Identity and Access Management infrastructure and related services.
• Provide Tier 3 support for AD/ADFS, MFA, SSO, OAuth and PKI related technologies.

• Should have an experience in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) services, Azure Active Directory
• Expertise in forest/domain trusts and functional upgrades, domain controller upgrades/migration.
• Responsible for AD-integrated services like DNS and Group Policy.
• Ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards/procedures/guidelines in all daily activities and providing Tier 3 support for the Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), web Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and PKI infrastructure related and Azure AD authentication technologies.
• Perform in Audit and risk assessment activities.
• Adhere to compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Design, implementation, and operation and maintenance related to Identity Access Management and related infrastructure.
• Support Service Requests and resolve incidents related to Identity Access Management.Roles ResponsibilitiesEssential:
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
• IAM Certification will be preferred. Additional Skills:
