Job Description

The Planning function will strengthen project delivery by providing dedicated support for project scheduling, planning, costing, client billing, subcontractor billing, progress monitoring, forecasting, MIS reporting, project controls, resource planning, quantity tracking, cost monitoring, productivity analysis, cash flow planning, coordination with execution, procurement, commercial, finance and site teams, preparation of progress reports, identification of schedule variances, implementation of corrective measures, contractual compliance, performance monitoring, risk identification, and timely decision support to enhance project visibility, operational efficiency, effective control, and successful project execution.It will facilitate timely coordination with stakeholders for resolution of planning constraints, monitor schedule and cost variances against approved baselines, ensure compliance with contractual milestones, and provide analytical inputs for management reviews and enabling proactive decision-making.
