Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a professional to execute and supervise architectural finishing works on a Mumbai-based site. You will review drawings and specifications, plan daily activities, and coordinate with civil, MEP, and design teams to ensure quality and timely completion.

The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience and hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE). You will manage plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing tasks to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Execute and supervise finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements for quality.
• Plan daily site activities, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, planning, procurement, QA/QC teams.

Job Description

Execute and supervise architectural finishing works including plastering, masonry, flooring, tiling, stone cladding, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, gypsum works, joinery, glazing, and external finishes. Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure quality execution. Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones. Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams for seamless execution. Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and inspection procedures. Monitor productivity, progress, material consumption, and workmanship while identifying and resolving execution bottlenecks. Conduct joint inspections, snag identification and closure, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely completion and handover of finishing works within project timelines.
