Job summary

ERM Placement Services in Surat, India seeks an IAM/IGA specialist to implement and configure identity and access management across enterprise environments. You will deliver end-to-end identity lifecycle management, including joiners, movers and leavers for workforce and customer identities, and integrate platforms with on‑prem and cloud apps.

The role includes configuring access provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC and access certification workflows, supporting CIAM capabilities, and partnering

Qualifications

• Experience implementing IAM/IGA solutions across enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end identity lifecycle management (JML).
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Saviynt and integration with apps.
