Job summary

ERM Placement Services seeks an IAM/IGA specialist to implement identity and access management across enterprise environments in India.

The role includes managing end-to-end identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) and integrating platforms with on-prem and cloud applications such as Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt. You will lead RBAC, provisioning, and CIAM aspects in collaboration with security and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing IAM/IGA solutions across enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage end-to-end identity lifecycle (JML) for workforce and customers.
• Familiarity with on-prem and cloud integrations for IAM/IGA platforms.
