Job summary

ERM Placement Services in India seeks an IAM/IGA specialist to implement and manage enterprise identity solutions. You will lead end-to-end identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver) for workforce and customers, and ensure secure access across systems.

The role covers configuring platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt, integrating with on‑premise and cloud apps, and building RBAC, provisioning, de‑provisioning, and CIAM workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing IAM/IGA solutions across enterprise environments.
• Experience with lifecycle management (JML) for workforce and customer identities.
• Experience configuring and integrating IAM/IGA platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt) with on-prem and cloud apps.
• Experience implementing access provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and access certification workflows.
• Experience supporting CIAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, federation, and user profile management.
• Ability to collaborate with application, security, and business teams to onboard applications and align identity controls with security and compliance.
