Job summary

ERM Placement Services in India seeks an IAM/IGA specialist to implement and configure Identity and Access Management across enterprise environments. You will deliver end-to-end identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes for workforce and customer identities, and integrate platforms with on-prem and cloud apps.

The role involves configuring RBAC, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification workflows, supporting CIAM capabilities such as

Qualifications

• Experience implementing IAM/IGA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt.
• Understanding of JML (joiner/mover/leaver) workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Deliver end-to-end identity lifecycle management including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes for workforce and customer identities.
• Configure and integrate IAM/IGA platforms with on-prem and cloud applications.
• Implement access provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and access certification workflows.
• Support CIAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, identity federation, and user profile management.
• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to onboard applications and align identity controls with security and compliance requirements.
